Free Website Creation: We will create a website for you free of charge. This allows you to review and approve the design before making any payment.Payment Obligation: If you decide not to proceed with the website or are not satisfied with the final product, you are under no obligation to pay. However, if you do not like the design and choose not to pay, you may not use or copy the website design for any purpose.
Design Ownership: During the design phase, all rights to the website design remain with Webflick. If you choose not to proceed with payment, you are not permitted to copy, use, or distribute the website design in any form.
Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions during the design process until you are satisfied with the final product.Post-Completion Responsibilities: Once the website is handed over to you and you have approved the final design, Webflick will no longer be responsible for any changes or updates to the website. Any additional modifications or fixes after acceptance will incur extra charges.
Post-Acceptance Changes: Should you request changes, updates, or fixes after the website has been finalized and accepted, additional charges will apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon before any further work is undertaken.
Webflick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the final product.
Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute related to these Terms of Service or our services, we will seek to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
